Hardcover with Dust Jacket - 2004 - 129 pages - Very Good Condition. Robert Day was one of the most important antiquarians of his day. He was president of the Cork Cuverian Society and its successor, the Cork Historical and Archaeological Society. An expert photographer, he readily imparted this passion to his son William and grandson Alec. The Day Collection contains some of the earliest known photographs of Cork, a city changed immeasurably since they were taken, and published in this volume the first time.
